Have you visited the Art Sales and Rental Gallery lately? If not, you might be surprised. Not only have we added more three-dimensional pieces of artwork, but the whole display area has undergone a face-lift. Improved lighting shows off the works to greater advantage and creates a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll find pieces available for sale or rent in a full spectrum of prices, from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars.

New at the Gallery
The Art Sales and Rental Gallery is now displaying elegant porcelain vases, pitchers and bowls by award-winning potter Larry Clegg of Grand Blanc. Larry has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and taught art for 28 years at Grand Blanc High School. Larry’s pieces are carved and impressed, and he achieves depth of color by firing his air-brushed glazes to very high temperature. “I want my porcelain pieces to be pleasing to the eye and inviting to the touch,” he states.

Ron’s work in watercolors is definitively representational. Although he is fond of landscapes, an occasional still life will be found in his body of work. He is particularly known for his paintings of historical homes and buildings in the mid-Michigan area. His work has been included in juried exhibitions in various Michigan galleries, and is also included in private collections both nationally and internationally.
